The new mama: holistic nutrition for postpartum recovery
your step-by-step roadmap for complete postpartum recovery with six weeks of unique recipes, wellness checks, and educational resources to support your body's natural progression out of pregnancy and into postpartum health
Whole body support, every step of the way
It’s the fourth week postpartum. The chaos of the newborn stage is in full swing, and while your body aches from healing, your energy feels depleted from sleepless nights and endless demands. You’re scrolling through forums and blogs, searching for answers to your questions: “Is it normal to need a nap at 9am?” “What's the best medication for hemorrhoids?” “How long do the baby blues last?” Despite your best efforts, the advice feels disjointed, and no one is talking about the real tools you need to truly recover postpartum.
Then you find The New Mama: a transformative 150-page cookbook that guides you through the first 6 weeks postpartum with 48 nourishing recipes and a science-backed recovery plan that goes beyond bathroom supplies and a baby carrier. It gives you the tools, structure, and nourishment you need to rebuild your strength, restore your energy, and step confidently into motherhood.
You've heard the horror stories…
“Just wait until you wake up in a puddle of sweat, tears, and breast milk!”
“I couldn't survive without stool softeners for the first two months!”
“Oh yeah, intrusive thoughts are super normal. You just can't let them get to you or you'll spiral"
“You think it's bad now, just wait until you're drinking coffee at 2am!"
You had at least 12 prenatal appointments during pregnancy, only to get one or two checkups for ALL of postpartum, and none of those visits actually tell you how to heal and recover. They just make sure you're not bleeding, you're good for sex, and you have your birth control sorted. That doesn't sound like an actual care plan to me…

author & Founder
Brooke Harmer
After battling postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, mom rage, chronic fatigue, and unexpected autoimmune flare ups, I knew there had to be a better way to experience motherhood. I was told that all of those symptoms were “normal” but the daily dysfunction I experienced was so debilitating that I didn't want any more kids. I was frustrated with the lack of education and support that I set out to learn a better way to approach postpartum healing and recovery. I've since learned that the simple things like diet and lifestyle dramatically affect our recovery and I created the very resource I needed from day one so you could love postpartum every time, not just “next time.”
Postpartum is already hard, but you can make it easier.
